Terms & Conditions: Amazon Pay Voucher

1. Amazon Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.in. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.

2. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Card balances associated with an Amazon.in account cannot be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by Amazon on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance.

3. Amazon.in or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.amazon.in.

4. The Amazon.in Conditions of Use apply to Gift Cards. Amazon.in reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

5. The Amazon Gift Card is Redeemable across all products on Amazon except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in gift cards.

6. Gift Cards once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.

7. This gift card cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and shall under no circumstances can be exchanged for cash.

8. Validity of Gift card cannot be extended, new gift cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.

9. Once Amazon code is applied on Amazon India Website or App, it will be valid for 6 months for utilization.

10. This gift card is not valid at any of Amazon.in alliance partner website/App or any retail outlets /stores

11. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.

12. Gift Cards are a Prepaid Instrument subject to regulations by Reserve Bank of India. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its Gift Card issuing partners will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the Gift Cards and transaction undertaken using the Gift Card. The issuer is also required to share the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per statutory guidelines issued from time to time. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its Gift Card issuing partners may contact the purchaser of the Gift Card in this regard.

 

Terms & Conditions for Cleartrip Gift Voucher

1. Gift Card is valid only for bookings made on cleartrip.com for flights or hotels.

2. Gift Cards once purchased cannot be cancelled, unless expressly allowed to do so by Cleartrip.

3. These Gift Cards cannot be clubbed with any other offer currently live on cleartrip.com including cashbacks, discounts etc. on a particular credit/debit card.

4. Any balance amount left on the used Gift Cards can be reused within the validity period.

5. Cleartrip or its gift voucher issuing partner are not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.

6. The Gift Cards cannot be replaced, refunded, revalidated or exchanged for cash.

7. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions. Convenience Fee will be applicable for all Gift Card bookings (as how it's applicable for any payment method) .

8. Cleartrip reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift Card if it suspects that there is duplicity of Gift Cards.

9. Products and services offered by Cleartrip are subject to availability and terms of use of the Cleartrip platform.

10. In no event the liability of Cleartrip for any claims arising by the purchase or usage of Gift Cards shall exceed the value of the respective Gift Card.

11. The customer shall be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of the Gift Card pin/ Gift Card unique number issued to you. Cleartrip shall not be responsible to provide you new Gift Cards in the event this confidentiality obligation is breached by you. Any misuse/unauthorised disclosure of Gift Cards shall result in cancellation of the booking of the flight ticket/hotel, as applicable, without any liability of Cleartrip.

12. The customer agrees to indemnify Cleartrip/ its affiliates, its partners, officers, directors, from all claims brought by any third party against Cleartrip/ its affiliates, officers, directors, arising out of or in connection with any breach of these gift card terms and conditions.

13. In addition to the terms of use available on the Cleartrip platform, you shall also abide by these terms and conditions specifically to be able to use the Gift Cards. In the event of any dispute in interpretation of these terms, Cleartrip shall be the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.

14. This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using Gift Cards would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.

15. Disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.

16. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Cleartrip Gift Cards.

17. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.

18. In the event that the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Cleartrip/PSPPL retain the right to cancel the Gift Card issued Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold

19. In case of any cancellation of trips purchased using Gift Cards within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the Gift Card used at the time of booking. Save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as cleartrip will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new Gift Card number.

20. In case the Gift Card validity has expired, then there will be no refund processed for the amount paid by the Gift Card.

21. In any event, the maximum liability of the Gift card cannot exceed the value of the gift card issued.

 

General Terms & Conditions:

1. This offer entitles the end user to redeem Rs. 1000 Amazon Gift Card or Rs. 2500 Cleartrip Gift Voucher. The denomination of the gift voucher won will be mentioned on the communication sent by HSBC.

2. The offer is open to residents of India, except employees of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd, its agents and distributors and their immediate families.

5. Only one voucher per registration will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be registered together.

6. Maximum of 1 voucher may be used per person, per mobile number, per email ID, per household during the promotion period.

7. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer

8. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon few conditions to be followed by the voucher holder. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.

9. This offer is subject to promotional availability.

10. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.

11. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.

13. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including but not limited to accessing the promotional website, SMS charges to enter into the promotion, Call Charges, or Data Charges are the responsibility of each entrant. The entrant may be charged by their respective telecom operator as per their nominated tariff plan.

14. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd has already sent voucher code by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will not resend the voucher code to any new phone number nominated by the entrant.

15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

16. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

18. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.

21. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.

22. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.

23. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.
